			 Ellen Cockrill, Robert Bruce Cockrill, Charles Morgan Cockrill, Mary Melvina
			 Cockrill, Eliza Levina Cockrill and Jeannette Cockrill, Greetings. You are hereby notified to appear at the court house,
			 in the Town of Santa Rosa on Monday the 9th day of March A.D. 1857 at one
			 o'clock P.M. and show cause if any you have, where the Last Will and Testament
			 of Harrison Cockrill, Deceased, should not be admitted to Probate; and why
			 letters [?] Testamentary should not issue to [?] Ruhana Cockrill, Widow of the
			 said Harrison Cockrill, Deceased. She having filed an Instrument in the Probate
			 Court, purporting to be the last will and Testament of the said decedant[?],
			 and, also her petition for letters testamentary on said Estate

		    This deponent further says, that the
			 said Harrison Cockrill at the time he so executed the said instrument was a
			 Citizen of the United States, of full age, of sound mind and memory, in all
			 respects competent to devise estate and not under restraint and that this
			 deponent saw N. McC Menefee and J. C. Cockrill of the County of Sonoma, sign
			 the said instrument at the [?] and thereof as witnesses in the presence of the
			 said Harrison Cockrill and at his request. Deponent further states that at the
			 time of the execution of this instrument now shown to the deponent.  The said Harrison Cockrill, dec'd was of sound and
			 disposing mind and not under restraint, undue influence or fraudulent
			 misrepresentation.   |
