To the Honorable [?] Probate Court of
Sonoma County, State of California Hon. Wm. Churchman Judge of Probate.
The petition of the undersigned respectfully shows
[?] this honorable court that on the first day of February A.D. 1857 Harrison
Cockrill a resident of Sonoma County, died at Santa Rosa in said County,
leaving his certain Last Will and Testament - wherein the petitioner was named
and appointed [?] Executrix of said will without bond, which said Last Will and
Testament is now on file in the office of the clerk of this court. Wherefore
your petitioner kindly requests this [?] Last Will and Testament may be
admitted to probate and the Letters of Testamentary be issued to the petitioner
in accordance with the statute in [?] cases made and provided. And your
petitioner will ever pray [?]
