In the matter of
the Estate of James A. Cockeral Deceased Mary Ann Case late Mary Ann Cockeral
admin Presents under oath the situation of the Estate as follows to wit. The amount of $637 has been assessed by me for moneys
against the Estate over and above all General Expenses this amount is now paid
and I hold the Estate for that amount less a credit of $88 which was taken [?]
by McMives in a purchase of property at the sale of personal property ordered
by the Probate Court of Sonoma County and one note yet remains against the
Estate to the amount of $50. And I hold against
the Estate the sum of $ [blank] for general expanses which was expended out of
my own funds, also there is some Partnership business standing out that I have
not yet been able to learn much about and if any other business remains
unattended to I do not know any thing about it I solemnly swear that the above
statement of the Executors account is true and correct to the best of my
knowledge and belief
