This Indenture, Made this 12th day of September in the year of our Lord one Thousand and Eight Hundred and Ninety one Between James McReynolds of Anally Township County of Sonoma State of California the party of the first part and S. W. McReynolds of the same place the party of the second part. Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of five thousand ($5000 00/100) Dollars Gold Coin of the United States of America to me in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Has granted bargained and sold, conveyed and confirm unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever all those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situate, lying and being in Anally Township County of Sonoma State of California and bounded and particularly described as follows to wit, Beginning at a point in the center of the Sebastopol and Free Stone road the same being the S. W. Corner of land deed to George J. Ragle by James McReynolds Thence North 18 3/4° West (17) seventeen chains and twenty six (26) links. Thence South (55 1/2°)fifty five and 1/2° West (4) four chains and (18) eighteen links to the S. E. corner of land conveyed to James McReynolds by ________ Thence N 41° W. (34) thirty four chains and (40) forty links Thence S 3-4° West (18.50) eighteen chains and fifty _______ Thence South (41) forty one degrees (33) thirty three chains and eighty seven (87) links Thence N. 81 1/2° E (5-) five chains and (19) nineteen links along the North line or Cemetery. Thence S. 4° E (5) five chains and (85) eighty five links to the center of the Sebastopol and Freestone road. THence along the center of said road to point of beginning (17) seventeen chains and (88) link containing 84 46/100 eighty found and forty six one hundredths acres of land save and except ten feet square which was heretofore deeded to Spring School District.

Together with all and singular - the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issue and profits thereof.

To Have and To Hold all and singularly the said premises together with the appurtenances, rents the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever.
