In the matter of
the estate of Didamia Cockrill Deceased -- ...James W. Oates being first duly sworn deposes and
says -- that he is over twenty-one years of ages and resides at Santa Rosa
Sonoma County State of California, and is the attorney for the petitioners
seeking the probate of the will of said Didamia Cockrill and not otherwise
interested in said estate. That on the 24th day
of November A.D. 1886 he deposited in the post office at Santa Rosa in said
county, copies of the above notice in said matter each properly enclosed in an
envelope with the United States postage prepaid there on and addressed due
thereof to each of the following persons at the following places, viz -- T. G. Cockrill, Esq. San Francisco, Cal R. L.
Cockrill San Francisco, Cal Miss Elizabeth Hoag Santa Rosa, Sonoma Co.,
Cal. Mrs. Helen Lake Bloomfield, Sonoma Co., Cal. Mr. B. G. Cockrill,
Bloomfield, Sonoma Co., Cal. Fred H. Miller, Greneville, Plumas Co.,
Cal. Henry McReynolds, Bloomfield, Sonoma Co.,Cal E. J. Fowler
Bloomfield, Sonoma Co., Cal. That he is informed
and believes that the several laces above would to which the said notices are
addressed respectively are the respective residences of the said persons to
whom the same are addressed -- that these are regular communications by United
States mail between the said City of Santa Rosa and the city of San Francisco,
Cal Bloomfield Cal and Greneville, Plumas County California -- James W. Oats 6
