The deposition of Peter
Fulkerson a resident of Grayson County Ky taken, to be read as evidence in
favor of the application of Phillip Fulkerson one of the sons of John Margaret
Fulkerson for a pension...

Peter is John Margaret's oldest
son and he is seventy two years old on the Ninth day of April 1847.
Parents married in Sussex, New
Jersey, 1774.
His father was a pensioner on
the rolls of the Kentucky Agency at the time of his death 29 Jan 1839.

...has no interest in the
pension and has divested himself of all interests.
...seen the family record of the marriage and the ages of his
parent's children ...which was written in an old Dutch Bible which Bible was in
the possession when he last heard from it (which has been many years now) was
in the possession of his Aunt Abrigale Fulkerson of Nilson County Kentucky and
further saeth not.
