September 1868 before the undersigned a Justice of the Peace within and for the
county and State above named personally appeared Doctor Alexander W. Brabson
well known to me to be a credible person, who being sworn by me in due form of
law, says that he attended on Mrs. Lydia M. Thompson at the birth of the
following named children, and at the dates annixt to their respective names to
