The Badger Family Line

1. Joseph J. Badger born about 1824, Ohio, Occupation: Day Laborer Farmer, married Lucinda (Badger) , born about 1830, Indiana, Occupation: Keeping House.

No personal or real estate listed in 1860 Sonoma Census. Both parents born in Ireland. Living next door to S.T. Fulkerson in 1880. Also had a servant, "Fanly"?, which might be non-white living with them listed in 1880 Census. There is a "Joseph J. Badger" who marries Emma M. Hewitt, 1 Jan 1890 (Book K Page 210), in Santa Rosa -- could be a grandson?

A cattle brand was registered in his name on May 30, 1854. N. McC. Menefee, recorder (Index of Brands, p. 302).
