Dear Madame:-- Referring to your favor of May 2nd, I beg to say that William Henry Holland enlisted in Company E, 56th Regiment, N. C. Troops, C. S. A., May 3rd, 1862, from Northampton County, N. C., and served faithfully until the close of the war. |
