| This part of the family history has been derived from Virginians - The Family History of JOHN W. PRITCHETT. Benjamin was believed to be the youngest child (at least three others identified) of John and Alice Watson of Henrico County. Spent all of his life on his plantation near Gilley's Creek in the county. Married the sister of William Allen of New Kent County. His will was recorded 4 April 1715. His widow, Agnes, then married a Robert Mosby who became the guardian of the Watson children. | ||
