"...in hand." Deed description names two streets in DeView, and approximately places the Masonic Hall and the original location of the church. There is a block survey of DeView done Jan 1, 1867, and reprinted in Rivers & Roads, Vol. XXI, 1994, p.11.One whould assume that there is a relationship between this Hightower family and the J. Hightower that was a physician in DeView in the 1880's. |
