Enumerated with her husband in the 1850 Census for the "9th Division of E. District" Greene Co., Tennessee, as 24 year old Lydia (born Virg.). In the 1860 Census for "Campbells District" Washington Co., Tennessee, as 33 year old Lydia M.

Her requests and subsequent revocation "on evidence of fraud" for her husband's Civil War pension are extensive and subject to further study.
