This "S. E." is referred to as a "her" but it could be a male. This (R3W) is not in McCrory or anywhere near the rest of the family (See description in Woodruff County Deeds, Book V Page 315.) -- it is probably R2W instead which would put it in McCrory but not on Seaman Street.

A deed showing when she (or her husband) bought the Seaman Street property has not been found.
