Battles Plymouth, Middleburg, Getttysburg, Ground Squirrel Church, Blacks and Whites, North of the James, Five Forks- April 1, 1865 [Note from Treadway: where W. P. Watson must have been captured according to date of battle and date on prisoner of war records].

According to article written Jan 16, 1838, Arkansas Gazette on interview with Henrietta Adam Watson:
William Pinkney and family came to Arkansas at close of Civil War. They moved first to St. Francis Co. to stay with an uncle. This would be between the birth of Samuel Frederick b. 1867 in NC and Nettie Lee's birth in 1877 in AR.
They lived in St. Francis Co. several years, but are living in White Co. AR by 1880.

Notes by Lena Hartin in Clifford Chapman's research indicates Benjamin Younge b. 1890 was born in White Co. as well as Lena and Ora the youngest.
Henrietta states that they lived in White Co. 12 years which if she was correct in her statement that would be approx. 1879-1891. They lived in Woodruff Co. until his death in 1894 and time of article approximated 46 years. She died in 1941.
