  She was first seen with her parents in 1870 in DeView Township, Woodruff County, AR, and in 1880 she was still there, but keeping house for her grandmother, Lucinda McCAULY, now 70 years old. They lived between Horatio THOMPSON (who was her uncle, Aldlie, or Adlai, Horatio THOMPSON) and Erwell W. WILSON and his wife, Mary M. WILSON. Mary WILSON was the widow of Robert W. THOMPSON, another uncle of Cora's, who had remarried after Robert's death.
Cora married Tom IOOR, lived around Waco, Texas and had several children, according to Jim Weld.
