| Thelma Delores Carter, age 78 of Little Rock passed away Monday, March 19, 2001. She was born September 8, 1922, in Cotton Plant, Ark., to Chester Paul and Edith Wells. She was a member of the Baptist faith, and a loving, caring mother and grand- mother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Carter; her survivors include four sons, Edwin "Bobe" Wolfe of Clarksville, Ark., David Carter, Reuben Carter and Charles Carter, all of Little Rock; one daughter, Frances Carter of Little Rock; two grandsons, Paul Carter and Derik Carter, a granddaughter, Tammy Lowe; three brothers, Bud Wright, Troy Wright, and Benny Wright; a sister, Pat Foss. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Mount Olive Cemetery, Little Rock, with Rev. Patrick Kimberland officiating.
