Known to me as my grandmother's cousin, Ruth. Lived in Santa Cruz for many years. I knew of her when I was very young as well as remembering seeing her with my grandmother and Aunt Sallie at least once at a church summer camp in the Santa Cruz area. She moved to Napa in 1993, where I made her acquaintance. She was a rather short person as well as very friendly and talkative. I visited her upon occasion particularly after my grandmother passed away and I had the good fortune to talk to her in some detail about our mutual family histories. She and her daughter were an important resource for me for the Wakeland Family history.
