Known as Milton to our side of the family, and "Jack" on his side. Worked on the railroad in his youth and received a small railroad pension in his retirement. Moved from job to job like others of his generation. Also employed as a merchant marine at various times throughout his life, and had shipped out as late as the Vietnam War. He also had a job at the Naval Shipyard in Bath, Maine for some period of time. Spend his last years between Bath, Maine and Kensett, Arkansas where he would live an old Pullman train coach that had been pulled up on a lot.
