Mention is made of her in the Revolutionary War pension requests as a daughter and heir to John and Margaret Fulkerson.
Lived with her husband and large family in Perry Twp., Davis Co., IA, according to the 1850 Census for that county. They are not listed in 1860 Census for Sonoma. In the 1870 Census for Sonoma, is listed in the dwelling place next to her son-in-law and daughter, Charles and Martha Norris, and is listed as "Of this family". A "Dav B" and "Stephen B" Pugh (a. 13 9, both born in CA), are also listed living in the same household and "Of this family", as well as a Harvey G. Harris (a. 49, b. KY), who is a "Laborer". She is enumerated living with the Norris family in the 1880 Census.
She was a member of the Christian Church.
In the biography in An Illustrated History of Sonoma County, California (1889) of Jacob Harris (p. 450), she was said to be 93 and living with his family in 1888.
Her middle name has appeared connected with other Fulkerson family members. Its origins was outlined in material obtained from Laila Fulkerson Thompson.
She filed for a pension as a widow of a veteran of the War of 1812.
